Yes, if some colors are not listed in your dress, please choose "custom color" to tell us your color # or color name. You can find the "Note" field at shopping cart page to make color notes. The supported color can be found at color chart. If your dress color is chiffon, then please choose chiffon color #.
You can choose custom size and then put your measurements. It's all free.
It is based on the product and shipping method you choose. Check details at shipping guide.
Our shipping cost is based on destination and weight. You can add your product to cart and then checkout to see.
If it is not a customized dress, you can return in 14 days after delivery. Check details at return policy
We ship to 99% countries in the world. If your location is not listed when you choose shipping method, please contact us.

We have our own factories, where our tailors make your dresses. There are no middle man’s afterwards, you buy it from us, we make if for you, we ship it to you. The strict control of the production process ensures that our dresses are made with high quality.
No, the delivery time has no effect on the quality of your order. But we recommend you to buy earlier so you can have enough time to try on and make alteration.
Yes, generally our color is same as shown. But due to lighting, computer screen settings, the fabric and camera the colors on the product page might differ from the color of the actual product, this is inevitable.
Generally you can check order info in your account. We will send order information and order updates to your email or phone #. You can also get updates from Facebook "Messenger" app by check the Messenger field in the checkout page.
Yes, you can contact us for details.
Our manufacturer are based in China. But we have warehouses in Hong Kong & United States. Usually we will ship to one of these warehouse and then transfer to avoid high tax or customs. So your products may be shipped from one of all these locations. Anyway you can't choose the "ship from" warehouse.
